With over two decades as a recruitment professional, Jenny has recruited through booms, recessions and pandemics. She knows exactly what excellence looks like in critical environments and has brought that mature UK expertise to the US to help bridge the current talent gap.

A different kind of consultant: Jenny left the corporate red tape behind to build a business that prioritizes people over volume. Not here to hit a resume quota; Jenny loves to advise, consult, and solve the complex hiring puzzles that keep FM leaders up at night.

Jenny champions exclusive candidate and client relationships, operating in a small but mighty circle of market leaders and high-caliber talent. Her talent lies in forging deep partnerships that have transcend decades, enabling her to act as a colleague and confidant as well as a recruitment partner.

Although first a foremost a recruiter, as CEO, Jenny also covers all front facing business operations, marketing and finance within Cantrell Consulting.

Jonathan is an experienced Engineering & Operations Director with a proven track record in facilitating data-driven change to enhance strategy and improve efficiency. Working at Senior Director level for US companies, Jonathan understands the fast-paced and competitive nature of technical landscapes and what drives leaders and decision makers in successfully expanding their businesses.

Jonathan’s Credentials include:

  • MBA (Distinction)

  • BEng Electronic Engineering (Hons) degrees.

  • High-level project management: defining time plans, roles & methods to meet strategies & deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills around systems, processes & resulting procedures.

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills up to & including Executive level.

  • 15+ years change management experience of teams, individuals, PLM systems & operating procedures.

  • 20+ years global domain experience (Eng, Finance, IT, Legal, Mfg, Ops, Quality, Sourcing, Supply chain) in a corporate business environment, including Fintech.
